Color Renderings Communicate final design concept with Client through two-dimensional plans, elevations and three-dimensional perspectives, which are color rendered to help finalize design intent. Finish Specification Finalize color scheme and selection of all finishes suitable to the area’s use and design focus. All presented on sample boards and incorporated into detailed finish schedule for construction documents. Furniture Specification Finalize furniture selections and layouts for all furniture. Provide detailed information and specifications for purchasing and installation. Millwork Drawings Prepare complete detailed construction documents for all millwork including custom built furniture and casework. Construction Documents Establish budget with Client for all artwork and accessories for space. Select and specify artwork and accessories. Locate artwork and accessories on installation plan for Client. Construction Administration Meet with Architects, Contractors and Subcontractors during construction. Provide periodic visits to site to assure compliance with specifications and design. Installation Manage the scheduling of the installation of furniture, specialty items, artwork and accessories for the project. Provide keyed plans showing the locations of items and supervision of installation if required. Procurement Provide purchasing services and track shipping of specified items.
